Keller Williams® Realty - Training Programs

Ms. Stephens makes an appeal to those new agents about to graduate from their real estate training course to consider Keller Williams for it's extensive educational and training programs for both new and experienced agents.

For new agents the Camp 443 is designed to introduce agents to the business of Real Estate and many myths surrounding the real estate industry as well as an introduction to Keller Williams Realty. For the more experienced agents, there is a session called 36-12-3, which focuses on lead generation and other aspects of the real estate business.

"What the new agent needs to realize is that their primary goal is to generate leads and that’s what they need to concentrate on", says Karen Stephens, Chairman of the Education Committee for the Memphis market at Keller Williams Realty located at 1255 Lynnfield Road, Suite 100, Memphis TN.

What types of training do you provide to your agents? "We conduct business support classes consisting of workshops that are conducted by professionals in the industry like attorneys, lenders, home inspectors, appraisers, stagers, and accountants teaching how to develop business plans, and keeping adequate records for tax purposes. We have close to 50 classes per month on real estate education", says Stephens.

"We rely on Keller Williams university based out of Austin Texas to provide us the tools to conduct our educational programs. We take these tools and update them at our local level."

New agents wanting to contact Keller Williams can call: Ms. Stephens at (901) 351-1834 and can reserve a spot for any agent that wishes to attend either of the training courses provided by Keller Williams at no charge. All Agents are welcomed. One can also contact Keller Williams Trainer, Ms. Michelle Gauthe at (901) 261-7946 for additional information as well.
