Mr. Abelow, President and Chief Operating Officer knows the history of the company, he too had no answers as to the history of what happened to 1.2 billion dollars of taxpayers monies.
One doesn't have to be a rocket scientist in order to know what the problem is with the financial institutions in the United States. There is no accountability and those that oversee such companies are not held to a standard of knowing what happens to taxpayers dollars.
If the United States Congress should call to testify those that are involved in felonious behavior and receives no answers to satisfy the congress and/or taxpayers, those individuals should be held under house arrest until such cases have been resolved. Many have been locked up and jailed for far less.
How can 1.2 billion dollars be missing and no one goes to jail immediatedly. It's like a bank robbery. Cash is missing but no one knows what happened to the money in the vault. No responsibility and no accountability, someone needs to go to jail.
Assets of all of those involved should be immediatedly frozen by the courts, and depositions of all involved parties should be immediatedly taken. It's time for the bleeding of America to stop. Congress can help this or they can be the biggest problem to correcting such behavior.
