The BBC Reports...

As the protest continued to oust Hosni Mubarak, I was shocked to not see any comments from the United States.
President Obama eventually made statements uplifting and supportive of Mubarak.
The press reported nothing from anyone in a position of authority from the United States.
15 or so days into the protest in Egypt, Senator John McCain (R) Arizona, made statements condemning the Egyptian dictator.
And of course when events past the no return point, the Obama administration issued more decisive statements supporting the people in Egypt. Mubarak had been defeated.
It is believed that the ties to the Jewish people had the Obama administration's hands tied from making more supportive statements for the Egyptian people.
In parallel, when the Iranian protest sparked as a result of the positive outcomes in Egypt, Secretary of State Hillary Roddam Clinton was the first to give statements to the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) in support of the protesters in Iran.
When did the United States support anything that came out of Iran. This is easy to do when representing the Jewish lobby in America. Americans seem quick to overlook oppression when Israel's interest in at stake.
I have seen America rush to get involved in democratic issues far far less small than the Egyptian revolution.
The regime that protesters in the streets said quite clearly they wanted no more to do with.
Clearly the treaties with Israel and the United States means a lot to both countries and the peace in the Middle East which seems to be fading at the hands of those dictators that America has helped to kept in power.
GO EGYPT!*
